At The Blue Stone, we're not just serving food—we're crafting experiences. Our journey began in Waterbury, Vermont, where we combined our love for hand-tossed pizzas with the freshest local ingredients to create something truly special. Our menu is a love letter to Vermont, featuring locally sourced produce, meats, and dairy, paired with a carefully curated selection of Vermont craft beers.

Over the years, our commitment to quality and community helped us grow, leading to the opening of a second location in the charming town of Waitsfield. However, like many small businesses, the COVID-19 pandemic brought unforeseen challenges. We made the difficult decision to close two of our locations, focusing all our passion and energy on our original Waitsfield restaurant.

Today, The Blue Stone in Waitsfield stands as a beacon of resilience and community spirit. Here, you’ll find more than just a meal—you’ll find a gathering place where locals and visitors come together to enjoy the best of what Vermont has to offer. Whether you’re indulging in one of our signature hand-tossed pizzas or savoring a seasonal dish made with fresh ingredients, you’re tasting the essence of Vermont, and who we are in every bite.
